What is ThermomixⓇ?

What is the tm6 thermomix bimby uk

Honestly sometimes I find myself realising I spend too much time on the Internet, but when I started typing this little section I found myself on the words of someone else I found online who described Thermomix as being a ThermomixⓇ, and I understood that description very well, because is so hard to describe it... because Thermomix is so complex and unique, and at the same time easy-going.

Some haters will call it an expensive blender, or an expensive soup-maker, or an expensive bread-maker, and YES! Thermomix is a very expensive blender / bread-maker / soup-maker, true, and if you treat a Thermomix as so you won't ever be able to understand or appreciate what thermomix is. And that's why my team and I are here, to guide you through all the ways it can make your life easier.

Not even my commercial clients who are task oriented and have specific usage for Thermomix treat ThermomixⓇ like that, and I know some restaurants who have 1 thermomix allocated only to make the flour they use for their deserts. Might sound crazy, but it is true. Majority of restaurants have multiple ThermomixⓇ in their kitchens!

Why? Because they appreciate the true value of a Thermomix, from versatility, to everything it can make. What can it not do? Well it's not a fryer and it's not an oven. So it won't replace it.

But for sure it's the smallest kitchen in the world and a dream to any adult who has to make their own meals and fence for themselves. It makes a brilliant gift and I refused to call mine as "IT", for me, my Bimby, as I known her for many years, since I was back in Portugal, replaced my mum in the years I lived alone, as when she finished cooking that "tuntuntun" would echo in the house, just like my mom's voice used to when my mum used to call us, and almost drag us to the table when food is ready. So everytime I hear my Bimby, my mind takes me to a very happy time, growing up, when my mum would call us to the table and me, my sister, my dad and my mum, would eat in peace, talking about our days, about life, about the future, every day, my thermomix cooks for me, and everyday she takes me to a very happy place, a short trip nevertheless but a very happy one!

I could tell you so much about everything that Thermomix does, but I wouldn't be able to describe what Thermomix is. And this is one of the reasons we don't sell thermomix  in the shops, to start where were they gonna be? By the blenders? By the dishwashers? By the breadmakers? How could you explore the potential of a Thermomix without the support of an advisor? Maybe just dump your Thermomix in the counter and call it a soup maker [yes, we are known for our divine soup consistency]? But is that enough for us? Not really, my team and I take no pride in selling expensive blenders, no no, we take pride in selling you something that will revolution your household, give you freedom as no other machine in your kitchen and above all a new lifestyle, a brand new life. Maybe it has a similar price to a new mobile phone, that you will use to check on social media and do all this planes to change your life and that in the end you probably never do, and end up trading the phone every 2 years as if the problem was the phone... so why not try a new life? I have clients with Tm31, bought 12, 14 years ago still fully functional, so why not giving it a chance?

Me, for example, with my experience, having 2 Thermomix in my kitchen, on a daily basis I probably use 20% of all they can do for me, and even me not using all it's potential I still think 2 thermomix in my kitchen, a household of 2 adult humans and 2 cats are a must, without doing the math over my commissions, thermomix optimises my meal plan, helps me reduce waste and my shopping bill, reduced my energy usage and my carbon footprint, I am, also, the cool colleague at work, you know the one with the baked goods? Yes, that's me, baby!

Although thermomix is an investment up front, it is indeed a lucrative one. Like Gino D'Acampo says: "Minimum Effort, Maximum result".
